Important instructions before you register

Only an authorized user from Head of institution can register and use portal system.
Kindly Fill all required fields correctly. In case of incorrect data, access will not be granted to the user.
Kindly enter valid email۔
Fill the form and click on "Register" button.
After submission of the form system will generate registration proforma.
Click on the Download/Print to print the proforma.
Complete the proforma with Head of Institution Signature and Official Seal.
Bring the proforma to Academic Section for activation after completing the institution affiliation process.
The user account will be activated after confirming the information in the proforma.
